Thai coconut chicken and black mushrooms

Perfect and easy to make Thai dish.

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 400 g chicken breast
- Olive oil
- 3 dried black mushrooms
- 1 can coconut milk Salt Special (50 cl)
- Soy sauce
- 4 onions
- Curry and Colombo
- Chinese noodles

preparation:

Cut the chicken into thin strips and marinate 15 minutes made ​​in soy sauce (1 / 3 glass approx.)

Meanwhile, soak the black mushrooms in a bowl of warm water.

Cut the onions and sauté over low heat with 1 / 2 cup of olive oil and cut the mushrooms and add them to the onions. Remove from the fire.

Brown the chicken (medium heat) fat-free when it is golden, cover the full Curry then add the onion mushroom mixture, leave and come back 5 minutes add the coconut milk, simmer 20 minutes over very low heat and then cooked noodles to the water.

Serve by placing the mixture over the noodles in a circle!
